3 of 5 Tips on Moving to 4.0
Your Opponent is Your Teacher
In the process of becoming better Pickleball players our opponents make us aware of our weaknesses. Most all of us want to become better players and therefore owe a debt of gratitude to our opposition for playing their part.
Playing with a variety of opponents with different styles of play will accelerate the learning process. After you finish playing a tournament match, a practice or even social play, take a couple of minutes to review and see if somethingcould be learned from that experience. For example, if your opponents were successfully speeding up the ball at you (and not your partner) from the kitchen line, this may be pointing out an area that needs improvement.
